SPRINT EVO COMMERCIAL.

I loved working on this Sprint Evo 4G spot, appropriately titled 'love", directed by my favorite, Vincent Haycock.  We had hundreds of extras running around the entire day, with the same tune repeatedly playing from dusk until dawn.  I am beyond surprised non of us went batty by the end of this job.... again 'best crew ever'...

LIFE.

Wow.... where do I start?  Life really has been crazy.  My work life has kidnapped my social life and I wouldn't have it any other way!  I LOVE my job and count my blessings every single day.  

The past month I was fortunate to work with iconic womens surf brand, Roxy.  Photographer, Scott Soens led the charge as we shot their Spring 2013 campaign in two stunning destinations.  I am not sure that I allowed to give away the locations, but think white sandy beaches, crystal clear turquoise water... basically some of the most sought after destinations in the world!  :) Working with some of the best female surfers in the world certainly isn't a bad thing either!  These girls are STUNNING and super human, I just watch in awe at what they can do on a board.  

I have also been extremely busy working on TruTV's popular show, Worlds Dumbest.  I am lucky enough to work with some insanely talented and extremely funny comedians on this show, sometimes I laugh so hard that I have to leave the set.  How awesome is that???  Laughing is the best medicine for anything, so I count my lucky stars I get paid to laugh my socks off and get paid!  Again, I am so fortunate and would never trade my job for anything.

Let's not forget the commercials I have also worked on.... The latest one was for Sprint, directed by the talented Vincent Haycock.  I love Vincent, both as a Director and as a human.  I also worked on a Suzuki commercial with Kevin Harrison.  This spot was really wonderful to work on as well, the crew were awesome and the set was super relaxed... best ever! I love working on commercials, the days are long, but these jobs are always so rewarding.

I am currently in my hometown of Cairns, Australia visiting my friends and family and enjoying some much needed time to do NOTHING! It's winter here and absolutely perfect.  Cairns is paradise and it is always so wonderful spending time with my family.

DR SEARS FOR ORANGE COAST MAGAZINE.

Everybody's favorite Dr from the hit show The Doctors; Dr Sears, graces the January edition cover of Orange Coast Magazine.  I was the lucky girl who got to do the MakeUp for this shoot.... mind you, this is a guy with absolutely flawless skin, my job was easy peasy.  I look forward to working with Dr Sears in the near future.  What a nice guy, super humble and a pleasure to be around.  My fave Photographer, the fabulous Jason Wallis shot the cover.  

ROSY HODGE FOR OAKLEY.

Check out this edit of über talented, Oakley Pro Surfer Rosy Hodge.  This South African native, is one hot chick!!  AND so sweet and intelligent.  I adored working with her and as always, loved working with the crew at Oakley.

TRU TV - Worlds Dumbest.

I have been such a slacker with my updates!  Oh boy.  Life just gets away sometimes, I often ask myself 'where did that past month go'?  It is nearly the end of 2011 and I cannot believe it.  Seriously!  Not long until I will be sitting on my butt for 13 hours (with a huge smile on my face).  Yup, heading to Australia for the entire month of December.  YIPPEEYIYO!!!  Nothing like a swift dose of numb butt to keep the spirit alive :)  

Anyway, I worked with Daniel Baldwin, Todd Bridges, Wes Dening and Chelsea Peretti the other day for a show on Tru TV entitled 'Worlds Dumbest'.  These peeps were so much fun and I look forward to our future interactions :)  Can I just say that Daniel Baldwin is a bundle of craziness and laughs, such a great guy.  Thanks for a great day everyone!

DR SEARS "THE DOCTORS"

Today I had the wonderful pleasure of working with the lovely Dr Jim Sears from the reality show 'The Doctors'.  We were shooting the cover for Orange Coast Magazine, as Dr Sears is an Orange County native.  The images turned out fantastic, I cannot wait to see the cover which will feature Dr Sears in January.  

Jason Wallis was the man behind the lens today.  I love working with Jason, so refreshing and easy...  Always a pleasure.  I wish we got to work together more often.  Here's hoping for more collaborations in the near future.
