A few weeks back I was lucky enough to work with 'holistic expert to the stars' Annamaria Poluha. What an extraordinary Woman!
Annamaria is hands down one of the most successful nutrition and body image coaches in Los Angeles County. She has devised a program called "The Bloom Principle" which combines physiology, sociology and mindset capabilities. In the past ten years, Annamaria has successfully coached over 1000 people to lose weight and take control of their lives and future.
I was so inspired by this woman and I strongly advise anyone of you out there in need of a little 'nudge' to give Annamaria a call.
